The Breeze Trolley is one of the easiest ways to see Hilton Head Island. Hop on at one of 12 stops and ride to the most popular destinations on “America’s Favorite Island.” You’ll get a taste of the best the island has to offer – for only $1 per trip.
The service runs from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, and 1 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays from April through October 2020. The trolleys stop approximately every 30 minutes.
The Breeze connects you to a host of island activities. Travel from one end of the island to the other, or hop off along the way. Start at Stop 1 near Shelter Cove Towne Center and ride to Stop 2, Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina, or Stop 8, Coligny Beach. Other stops are placed along the main roads for easy access to other facilities.
Get off at Stops 3 and 12 to explore the shops, restaurants and entertainment services at Village at Wexford. Find the perfect gift (for yourself or someone else) at one of 17 specialty retail stores, or indulge in a beauty treatment at one of the spas. The restaurants feature a variety of flavors, like charcuterie trays at Porter and Pig, and all you can eat options at Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse. From live music to farmers’ markets and more, there’s so much to experience at the Village.
The trolley’s nostalgic features, like the charming wood interiors and tall windows, mimic those of a twentieth-century streetcar. But don’t be fooled: the Breeze also comes equipped with plenty of modern amenities, such as free WiFi, a bike rack and air conditioning.
