Being of Italian heritage, Executive Chef Michael Cirafesi proudly promotes all of the foods and wines of Italy. He prepares all pastas, homemade gnocchi, desserts and breads daily as well as a large variety of fish, veal, beef and game additions. Chef Michael uses only natural and fresh ingredients imported from Italy.
