On Wednesday, May 8th the Village at Wexford will be holding “Wine Down Wednesday” – a unique wine tasting experience with live music on the patio that will give people the opportunity to a spend a fun, relaxing spring evening enjoying a wide variety of wines from VAW’s merchants. Proceeds from this unique event will benefit Hilton Head Heroes, a 501(c)(3) organization bringing families with children suffering from life threatening illness to Hilton Head Island for cost free vacations.
“Wine Down Wednesday” will take place from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the Village at Wexford, located at 1000 William Hilton Parkway on Hilton Head Island. Attendees at this one-of-a-kind event will be able to follow the “tasting map” around the Village at Wexford to enjoy a variety of wine selections and tastings from participating merchants, as well as enjoy refreshments, special promotions, sales and in-store demos at participating merchants. Participating merchants include Branches, Currents, Evelyn and Arthur, Gifted, Island Child, Le Cookery, Louette Lilly Pulitzer, Mums the Word, Hilton Head Oils, Pretty Papers, Quinn’s. Seasons, Angelato, Java Burrito, AR Workshop, Exit Realty, The Hair Designer’s. Karis Art Gallery and Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse.
Tickets for the May 8th “Wine Down Wednesday” at the Village at Wexford are available online at EventBrite at $10/person*; ticket prices include a souvenir glass and wine tastings at all participating merchants. Online tickets sell out quickly. Limited tickets will be sold at the door for $15. A photo ID is required to participate in the Wine Tasting.
